Position Summary:

As a Social Media Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality graphic content and posting it on all of our company’s social media profiles. Additionally, you will employ your graphic design and programming skills to create compelling posts, pages, and applications that drive traffic and boost conversions.

Responsibilities:

Concept Development:

    • Develop fresh concepts for creating graphic content in line with the company’s goals.
    • Track developments of various social trends and patterns on a regular basis.
    • Determine the best solutions for crafting relevant and valuable posts for different social media channels.

    Content Design:

    • Create high-quality and attention-grabbing images that grab the users’ attention and improve the brand’s credibility.
    • Ensure that visually compelling infographics that present valuable information about our company in a compelling way are presented.
    • Collect customer testimonials that present our company’s success in a way that builds trust and drives followers to convert.

    Graphics Testing:

    • Ensure that all the graphic elements that they create are presented on different devices flawlessly.
    • Fix any graphics issues in a timely manner.
    • Confirm graphics look right on various devices including phones, computers, and tablets.

    Marketing Efforts:

    • Determine the best way to present concepts to target audience, with the goal of converting followers into customers.
    • Work closely with the marketing department to create a strong social media presence.
    • Be up to date with current marketing trends so to create adequate visual content that generates conversions and sales.

    Brand Image Strengthening:

    • Manage the overall look and feel of various types of content on our ¬social media profiles.
    • Ensure that all the marketing materials have a consistent design and concise message.
    • Implement strategies to boost the brand image, loyalty, and recognition online.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors in Graphic Design, Illustration, or similar field.
    • 3+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer.
    • Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
    • In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
    • Must have strong understanding of Word Press including content management and uploading process.
    • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
    • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
    • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
    • Excellent communication, multitasking and analytical skills.
