Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Content and Social Media Manager to lead our digital content creation and social media strategy. This fully remote position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will be experienced in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through captivating content and a dynamic social media presence. Candidate should be prepared to share samples of self-written content in multiple mediums.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Strategy:
    • Develop, implement, and manage a content calendar that aligns with company objectives and marketing campaigns.
    • Produce engaging content for various platforms including our website, blog, email campaigns, and more.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create relevant content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and oversee all corporate social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
    • Develop and implement a robust social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and traffic.
    • Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns to ensure they align with company goals.
    • Engagement and Community Building:
    • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and other relevant entities to expand the company's reach.
    • Organize and participate in events, webinars, and live sessions to drive community engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., to monitor the success of content and campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports to the Chief Marketing Officer highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas of improvement.
    • Constantly refine the content and social media strategy based on performance data and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), email, and social media platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of current digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity, with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the Legal Industry a Plus
