Position Summary:

As a Junior Account Manager, you will embark on a dynamic journey in client relations and account management. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our client base, serving as the primary liaison between the company and a diverse portfolio of clients. This role demands a proactive approach to understanding client needs and expectations, and delivering tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Your mission will be to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and initiatives, and contributing significantly to the company's reputation for excellence.

Eastwood Libis, QC or Bridgetown Pasig (Hybrid – twice a week on-site)

Possible Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Monday to Friday | 3 PM to 12 AM
  • Monday to Friday | 7 PM to 4 AM

*Candidates must be flexible to work any of these shifts.


  • Act as the main point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Guarantee the timely and successful delivery of solutions, tailored to client objectives and requirements.
  • Uphold and enhance client-company relationships, consistently demonstrating a high standard of service to foster ongoing client engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, ensuring projects are completed within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Regularly communicate the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account information in the company’s systems.
  • Innovate and strategize new methods to cultivate and enhance positive client relationships.
  • Report and coordinate with Senior Account Managers, providing updates and insights as necessary.


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, client services, account transition, implementation, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple account projects concurrently while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Must be available to work on-site and adapt to shifting schedules as required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
  • Robust organizational and project management abilities.
  • Independent worker and effective team player.
  • Competent in multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • A sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
