Position Summary:

The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio by providing administrative assistance to the leadership team. This position requires an organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of the photography industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the studio management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in client relations by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring client satisfaction through prompt follow-up.
  • Manage administrative and financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and coordinating payroll.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, assisting in research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain the studio's reputation for excellence by upholding standards of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the photography or creative industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting confidently with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with the photography industry, including basic knowledge of photography techniques and terminology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the success of the studio
