Position Summary:
The Construction Project Manager is entrusted with the helm of complex construction projects, primarily focusing on high-end residential sector. The incumbent will exhibit a profound understanding of the intricate challenges that come with managing large teams of consultants across various disciplines. Within a supportive structure, inclusive of a back office, construction estimator, and a project executive, the Project Manager will display a blend of technical acumen, meticulous planning, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless project progression and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making among a diverse team of consultants, each contributing to the project's success.
- Navigate through complex project challenges, employing a problem-solving approach to resolve issues and keep the project on track.
- Exhibit polite, persistent pressure to ensure all stakeholders fulfill their responsibilities and meet project milestones.
- Liaise with the back office and project executive to ensure a well-coordinated approach to project management, benefiting from an established support structure when needed.
- Maintain a clear channel of communication with the project executive, ensuring prompt intervention when challenges escalate, to steer the project back on course.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent people skills to manage big personalities and foster a positive, productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within high-end residential or hospitality projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with a preference for experience in the US, Japan, Europe, and the UAE markets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse team of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate through project challenges.
- Ability to maintain composure and drive project progression amidst high-pressure scenarios.
- Proficient in utilizing construction management software to monitor project timelines, costs, and resources.
