Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive growth in designated APAC markets. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating a pipeline of qualified opportunities through inbound lead management and outbound prospecting strategies. You will play a crucial role in communicating with potential customers, representing our client's solutions, and exceeding quarterly quotas.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound lead flow daily and efficiently qualify leads based on business needs and revenue potential.
  • Develop and implement effective outbound strategies to prospect and target new accounts.
  • Effectively manage time, calendar, and tasks daily to maximize productivity.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with potential customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide an outstanding first exposure to the client and their solutions, serving as the face of the organization.
  • Strategize and collaborate with Drive Teams to identify target accounts and prospect into them.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly quotas for assigned markets, including meetings booked, qualified pipeline, and revenue generated.
  • Provide regular and accurate forecasts to ensure sufficient pipeline coverage to meet revenue quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with edtech experience considered a bonus.
  • A bachelor's Degree in any related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Hard-working, self-motivated individual driven to exceed expectations.
  • Creative and assertive communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas within specified timeframes.
  • Experience selling software products and services is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex enterprise software solutions and leverage that knowledge in sales.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience is nice to have.
