The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for searching social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels to acquire qualified candidates for open jobs assigned to you. You will be screening these candidates and endorsing them to the appropriate hiring manager. You are expected to facilitate candidate interviews with the client as well as provide feedback to both the candidate and clients regarding any movement about the role.

Job Details:

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Work from home until further notice
  • Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM
  • *Although the default schedule of this role is dayshift there would be times wherein you will need to slide your shift to facilitate interviews at night

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely Documentation of candidates for each role he/she is working on
  • Submit shortlisted candidates to the hiring/recruitment manager with the necessary details
  • Work with the Recruitment Lead to clearly identify the right candidate for the position
  • Brief and debrief candidates before and after client interviews
  • Conduct reference checks for all Candidates prior to the job offer
  • Coordinate with Hiring managers on candidate interviews
  • Source qualified candidates for assigned roles
  • Schedule client interviews with candidates
  • Update ATS in Real Time
  • Build relationships with Candidates
  • Administer candidate exams

Qualifications:

  • at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Familiar with Boolean search
  • Out-of-the-box thinker
  • Experience sourcing candidates in various social media channels
  • Good in multitasking
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Willing to work on different schedules as needed
