Responsibilities:
- Input trade-related data into our trading platforms and databases with unwavering precision and accuracy.
- Verify and cross-reference trading information to uphold data integrity and completeness.
- Ensure timely updating and maintenance of records pertaining to trades, transactions, and client information.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to facilitate smooth data flow and resolve any discrepancies.
- Execute routine audits and checks to guarantee data accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
- Generate requisite reports and summaries as necessitated by the trading team or management.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or cognate fields (preferred).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly adept with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, and data entry software.
- Demonstrated experience in data entry or analogous roles, preferably within the financial or trading sector.
- Possess a keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical and financial data.
- Proficiency in utilizing trading platforms and data entry software/tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Forex trading terminology and concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exemplary time management and organizational prowess to meet stringent deadlines.
- Ability to function autonomously while exemplifying proactive teamwork.
- Exhibit a high degree of discretion and adeptness in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving acumen, coupled with the ability to think critically and logically.
