The Customer Care Support is responsible for providing high level assistance to lawyers in Canada & Australia. You will be utilizing various channels such as phone, email, and messaging. You will also be doing some administrative tasks from time to time.

Job Details:
Customer Care Support
Eastwood Libis, QC (Hybrid Set Up)
Monday to Friday | 11 PM to 8 AM (For Canada Shift)


Responsibilities:
• Respond to sales/support calls (Average of 10 to 15 calls a day)
• Respond to customer email queries
• Perform training/product demo
• PDF Development
• Various administrative tasks

Qualifications:
• At Least 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role
• Superb communication Skills (This is the most important Skill for this job)
• High Level of sophistication (You will be talking with Law Professionals)
• Experience in providing technical support (Clearing browser cache and cookies, email forwarding (POP3/IMAP), etc)
• This role is 70% interpersonal Skills and 30% Technical skills (You need to have both to be considered)
